2. Printing & lamination

Printed
Adds the ink GSM below.
Applied once per lamination interface.

3. Calculation

Converted automatically to metres.

4. Production Cost

Calculated automatically from the material above, using your saved Factory Cost Settings.
No factory costs saved yet — set them once in Factory Cost Settings and every calculation will cost itself automatically.

Material Database

Set your standard film densities and purchase prices once. The calculator will use them automatically.

Density is used for GSM calculation. Prices are saved automatically to your account.

Ink & Glue Pricing

Set the purchase price for ink and lamination glue here — used automatically for the INK and GLUE lines in every cost calculation.

Price history

Your purchase prices are tracked automatically each time you change them, so you can see how your costs move.
No price changes recorded yet. Every time you change a price here, it is logged.

Factory Cost Settings

Enter your real factory numbers once. They're saved automatically to your account, and from then on every material calculation costs itself out instantly — no re-entering anything.
The selling price/kg is calculated automatically from your cost + this margin.
Ink and glue prices are set on the Materials tab, alongside your film prices. Printing and lamination costs are covered automatically by Electricity, Rent & Salary below — running the press already includes them.

Electricity, Rent & Salary

Your real fixed charges — the calculator spreads them over your production automatically, so every order gets a real overhead cost per kg without you doing any math.
How many kg your press/line produces per hour on average. Used to estimate how long each order takes.
Total hours the factory runs per month. Used to spread rent, salary & other charges per hour.
Leave any field at 0 if it doesn't apply to you — it's simply left out of the calculation.
Open the Calculator tab to see the cost of your current material update live as you type here.

Production Tracking

Record what actually ran on the press for each order — printed, laminated and slit meters, finished weight, and printing waste — so you can see it against the plan.
Save an order on the Orders tab first, then come back here to log its real production.

Orders with production recorded so far, most recent first.

Job planning

Drag an order onto a day, or pick a date in the list below. Hours are the order weight divided by your press output (kg per hour). A day turns red when it holds more hours than you can run.

Print or export the planning

Choose any period, from one day to a whole year. Only scheduled orders inside the period are included.

Production workflow

Where every open order is: waiting to be printed, printed and waiting for lamination, or waiting for slitting. An order moves on by itself when you log its meters in Production.

Stock of film, ink and glue

Enter each roll size you receive: material, thickness and width. Every saved order then subtracts the film it needs (same thickness; same width, or the narrowest wider roll you hold), waste included. Tracking starts when you first enter a quantity for a roll size, so orders saved before that are not deducted.
If you enter it, the material price is updated and logged in the price history.

Current stock

Use “Set count” after a physical count to correct the figure. Set an alert level to be warned when a material runs low.

Profitability

Which customers and products make money, and which lose it. Profit = revenue − cost, from your saved orders.

Monthly & yearly summary

Weight produced, cost and revenue (what you invoice) per month and per year, from your saved orders. Profit = revenue − cost.
Save orders to see your monthly and yearly totals.

Client & Waste Reports

Totals by client — orders, meters and weight produced — plus waste and its cost, per order and across everything.
No saved orders yet — reports will appear once you save orders and log their production.

Backup & export

Your data is already saved in your account. A backup file is an extra copy you keep yourself: download it before big changes, or to move your data elsewhere.
The backup file contains your orders, customers, products, materials, factory settings and company profile. Keep it private. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently in the app.

Calculation basis

Film GSM = thickness (µm) × density (g/cm³).
Lamination glue is added once for each interface: Duplex = 1 interface, Triplex = 2.
Printed film adds the entered ink GSM.
Roll length from diameter uses the annulus formula and the total physical film thickness.
Production costing applies the entered waste percentage to material, ink and glue consumption.
